Do I have to a special Herbalife excises? Herbalife work, Herbalife results, Herbalife Exercises. I Have just received this letter from one of my customers on www.diet444.com her results sum up several questions.

Thanks.  Took me a while to get to the post office.  I’ve just been swamped at work and taking care of my dad.  Lots of gals at work have tried the samples I gave them and I think you’ll be getting orders from them. 

So, you may hear from Diane M***, Susan M*****, and Nicole B***** in particular, all from the Lewiston/Auburn/New Gloucester, Maine area.  They work with me and I gave them all samples and gave them your name and contact info.  Just thought I’d let you know.  They tried the wildberry and loved it.

Thanks for letting me exchange it.  I’ve lost 22 pounds now.  Still losing about a pound a week, sometimes more.  Considering that I haven’t had any time to exercise at all, that’s pretty good.  If I’d exercised, I’m sure I’d be back to my normal weight by now.  I’m 133 pounds now and looking to get back to between 115 and 120, so I’m still working on it.  By summer I should be there and I’ll be thrilled!  Never had a weight problem until about 2 years ago, so I’m so happy to be getting back to my old self again. 

And the shakes help my energy.  With chronic Lyme disease, that’s really important.  This program has really been fabulous for me.
