Here are some things to be aware of next time you are working out in order to get the best results.
- Comparing yourself or your workout to others (Doing this may make us feel bad about our workout or distract us, try focusing on only you and buy some new workout shoes if you need a little self-esteem boost)
- sugary foods (These will only cause you to feel tired and run down, so try eating fresh or dried fruit instead)
- Attitude (If you are thinking you will fail, you most likely will, so be positive, and realistic about your workout and your goals)
- Music ( It has been shown that if you listen to upbeat music while working out, people tend to keep time with the music and also feel happier during the workout)

We may not realize it but the things we do before, during and after a workout affect how well our workout may be. So being aware of some of these things and making slight changes if needed may surprisingly give you better results now and in the future.
