Jd's Home Repair - Warning Read Before Hiring

After hiring JD’s Home Repair we can not recommend JD Home Repair of Anthem! If you have a repair issues that he and you do not agree with you better be ready to deal with JD’s bullying tactics! We had a water leak and hired JD’s Home Repair  to fix or replace the drywall patch and resurface the drywall texture where the plumber had to cut a hole.  The patch job was completed but the sanding of the final job was not completely finished, the work that was done was poor and we were not satisfied. JD of JD’s Home Repair LLC. did not want to hear any complaints he wanted a check for the Job and began screaming and shouting in our house. All of this over a final sanding on a $130.00 patch of drywall. Be very careful before you hire Jd home repair of Anthem Arizona.

After calling JD’s Home Repair and  requesting to have the sanding done correctly JD of JD’s Home Repair in Anthem, AZ came to the house. Instead of trying to fix the drywall patch JD flew off the handle demanding $130.00 check. JD argued and tried to bully his opinion stating “that is sanded and looked fine.” JD became so agitated and hostile as he was bent over looking at the patch that when he started to stand up he banged in to the wooden shelf above him, ripping the screws and caulking from the shelf causing more damage. After a loud hostile shouting match, I told him the work is poor and I wanted him to leave the house. I thought I was going to have to call the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Department. I  gave JD a check for the work and I have another Drywall professional coming to finish the job. I can’t imagine how JD would have acted if it would have been my wife that had to deal with JD’s bullying tactics.
