Herbalife Ph Balance tips

PH Balanced Celery!

Herbalife is alkaline based but celery will help!
image-celery herbalife ph“Raw celery has the correct amount of whatever that instantly seems to neutralize and calm down an upset stomach. Natural antacid, they call it.”

“The whatever that celery has is an alkaline pH, and that’s why it neutralizes the acidity of heartburn. Eating it raw or drinking the juice in combination with other greens, plus apple, carrot, etc is a great way to alkalize and cure a lot of other problems besides the heartburn! I have used it frequently in lieu of antacids or Rx remedies!”

Dr Mercola has this to say about vegetables in reference to alkalinity:

“Vegetables contain phytochemicals, which are powerful natural agents to promote health. They will also help to alkalinize your system, as most of us are far to acidic. Most people benefit more from increased vegetables than from extra vitamins. You will normally need a large amount of vegetables to optimize your body’s pH acid/alkaline balance

    Attention AYSO Advanced Coaches

It’s not too early to make plans to attend the 2008 National Coaching Course. The dates are August 2-8, 2008. Contact Crissie Hull, Program Coordinator for more information (800) USA-AYSO, ext. 5474

AYSO Soccer Camps -We couldn’t do it without you!

As AYSO Soccer Camp Liaison Bill Finkel passionately expressed, “We really are on to something here! In our third season, AYSO Soccer Camps outreached to over 20,000 smiling players in 292 different Regions located in all 14 Sections!”

As has been consistently communicated, our camps do cover so many bases for AYSO from education to programming to development to community relations the reach is great and the success a complimentary reflection of the entire organization.

Bill added, “Each region has a choice when it comes to camp providers, but the simple fact is that there is only one AYSO Soccer Camps and only one with the true authenticity and intrinsic benefits to both the regions and the organization. Our ultimate goal should be to have an AYSO Soccer Camp in each region. Sure we can still work with other providers, but our own camp should be a staple!”

Quite a concept Bill, but we get your meaning! Until such a time, from all of us involved in the running of AYSO Soccer Camps, THANKS to all the host regions in 2007 for your continued support and we look forward to hearing form those yet to experience the extravaganza!
