Steve-thanks for puttiing up Mark’s pics. I too had the good fortune to meet him personally several times
My husband and I were invited for the party to his beautiful mansion in Beverly Hills in 2000 (Masters Program 1)
Little did we know that a few months later he would be no more!
He was truly a great personality and we miss him very much!
One of these days I too will put my pics of him on my blog!

I always monitor my Calories when i eat. I make sure that i dont eat foods that are very high in carbohydrates or foods with very high calories.

i always make sure that i dont consume too much Calories in my diet. a high calorie diet is bad for the heart so i always avoid high carb and high sugar diet.

Hi, I just started Herbalife and I am 62 years old menopause and have packed on 30 lbs since my late 40’s. I quit smoking 5 years ago and feel wonderful so I would say 15 lbs has been from quitting. I hope that this Total Control and shake help me to lose. Has anyone else out their with my same “problem” have any luck? Tell me how long does it take to lose the weight? Thank You , Barbara

i always make sure that i am on a Low Calorie diet. i avoid foods with high carbohydrate load because it would just cause more fats on the body. a low calorie diet is also associated with longer life span.
